Tips for Your Trip to Denver

Registration Desk Location
You can pick up your program, name badge, any tickets you’ve purchased at the Registration Desk in the Sheraton Denver Downtown on the Concourse Level. The Registration Desk will be open:

• Saturday, July 24: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Sunday, July 25: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Monday, July 26: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday, July 27: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Getting from the Airport to the Sheraton
The Denver International Airport (DIA) is located about 25 miles outside of downtown Denver. There are several different options available for traveling between the Denver International Airport and the Sheraton Denver Downtown, including Airport Shuttle and Taxi. You can learn more about these options on the Joint Annual Meeting website.

Ticket Sales On Site
A limited number of tickets may be available for sale in Denver for the Speaker Series Luncheons and Banquets. If available, tickets will be sold at the registration desk up until the day before the event. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event. So, be sure to buy your tickets early, if you haven't already!

AAEA Business Meeting
AAEA’s annual Business Meeting will take place on Monday at 8:30 am in Denver. Be sure to review the agenda and minutes from last year’s meeting (PDF) before you arrive.

Meeting Attendees List
You can download a list of meeting attendees (PDF) to learn who has pre-registered for the meeting. Reference copies of this list will also be available at the registration desk, for those who are interested.
