AAEA has partnered with the European Association of Agricultural Economics (EAAE) for the first joint EAAE/AAEA seminar (115th EAAE Seminar). The seminar will be held September 15-17, 2010 in Freising, Germany, near Munich at the Technische Universität München, in English. You have the chance to submit an abstract to the seminar until March 31, 2010.
The seminar will focus on the theme "The Economics of Food, Food Choice, and Health" and will be comprised of an international scientific audience in the fields of agricultural and food economics, behavioral and health economics, and marketing. Topics and exemplary themes for presentations include: trends and driving forces of healthy diets; individual food choice, diet, and health; and market and policy: necessity, impact and evaluation of intervention.
