The NCCC-134 Multi-state Research Coordinating Committee on Applied Commodity Price Analysis, Forecasting, and Market Risk Management invites paper proposals for presentation at its upcoming conference to be held April 19-20, 2027 in Chicago, Illinois. We are excited to meet again in Chicago, a global hub of commodities trading.
We encourage paper proposals on all aspects of commodity price analysis and risk management, especially those related to agricultural commodities and agribusiness risk management. Proposed papers should emphasize applied research. The deadline for submissions is November 20, 2026. The Committee will notify all submitting authors of their decision by January 2027. One author must be registered for the meeting by February 2027. Completed papers are due in June 2027 for posting in the NCCC-134 paper archive.
Full instructions on how to submit, including format (a two page extended abstract) and a sample proposal, plus other information about the conference can be found on the NCCC-134 website. Please share this call widely and encourage your colleagues, collaborators, and graduate students to submit and attend the conference.
