Jennifer Ifft, Cornell University Economists Predict Uncertainty for Ag Economy By Lancaster Farming - February 3, 2017 While dairy prices might be increasing, there won’t be much relief when it comes to expenses. That’s what Jennifer Ifft, assistant professor of ag economics at Cornell, predicted for 2017 at this year’s Agricultural and Food Business Outlook conference at Cornell. Several speakers talked about the economic outlook for agriculture in New York as well as potential effects of trade reform and regulations by the Trump administration.
