and issues with abstract submissions.
1) I am trying to submit an
abstract, and I am getting an error-message.
In order to submit an abstract, you
must be a 2014 AAEA member or pay a $25 submission fee. (Your account may say
your 2013 membership benefits expire April 1; if you are a 2014 member it will
say your membership expires December 31, 2014). You can pay the $25 fee or renew
your membership in the abstract submission system.
2) The system is taking a long time
to load information.
With the large number of users in
the system trying to submit, the system can be slow at times. If you are unable
to submit your abstract, please e-mail a copy to info@aaea.org by 11:59 pm tonight.
3) When are Selected Presentation,
Organized Symposia and Frontier Session submissions
due?
Submissions are all due Thursday,
January 16, 2014 at 11:59 pm US central time.
4) I need to renew my membership;
can I call you to renew it over the phone?
You can call us to renew your
membership. However, it takes time to be processed, and will not allow you to
submit an abstract right away. Renewing or joining through the online form
allows you to submit abstracts immediately after.
